Most Memorable Game: “It would probably when we played Arellano the third time. The gym was so packed. The atmosphere was intense. And I’d say we played one of our best games then. Most importantly, we got the W.”
The first thing you’ll notice on Naboa is his college-ready body. This guy is stocky. He’s not in the form of today’s prototypical point guard whose build screams ‘athletic’. But don’t be deceived. Unique can be quick. And most importantly, he’s a smart basketball player.
With Naboa, what you get is a guy who will stay calm and collected, even when the defense throws bumps, doubles, and all sorts of pressure on him. He’ll know what to do with the ball. Of course, there are also lots of aspects that need improvement in his game. On top of that list is his shooting. But that’s also what brought him to Benilde. He feels that he’ll grow under Coach Ty Tang’s mentorship. It’s hard to disagree.
