Kobe Paras scored his first field goal as a member of the Creighton Bluejays, during a 103-77 rout of the Washington State Cougars, in their round one outing at the Paradise Jam tournament.
With Creighton leading by as much as 34 points early in the second half, Coach McDermott got to give extended minutes to some of his reserves, including Paras.

His pull-up jumper made it 85-55 with 10:05 remaining in the game.
Overall, Paras played 17 minutes, scoring three points on a 1-of-8 field goal clip, 1-of-2 from the stripe. He also hauled in four rebounds.
